Memorial Arrangements for Fallen Henrico Police Officer Announced

Details on memorial services for a fallen Henrico Police officer have been announced. Officer Thomas P. Berry, Jr., an 8-year veteran of the force, was fatally injured Tuesday afternoon when his motorcycle collided with an SUV on John Rolfe Parkway.

Details on memorial services for a fallen Henrico Police officer have been announced. Officer Thomas P. Berry, Jr., an 8-year veteran of the force, was fatally injured Tuesday afternoon when his motorcycle collided with an SUV on John Rolfe Parkway.

A viewing will be held at Bliley’s Funeral Home, located at 8510 Staples Mill Road, on Friday, July 15th from 2:00 until 4:00 p.m. and again from 6:00 until 8:00.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 16th at St. Paul’s Baptist Church, located at 4247 Creighton Road.

An interment will follow at Greenwood Memorial Gardens, located at 12609 Patterson Avenue.

In lieu of flowers, Berry’s family tells us memorial contributions may be made to Laws Sons and Daughters Fund, c/o Henrico County Credit Unit, 8611 Dixon Powers Drive, Richmond, VA 23228.
