Mayor Responds to Complaints

See video on NBC 12’s website re: “Mayor Dwight Jones detailed plans for the how the city will try to do better for the next storm.” But, seriously, didn’t we already have a storm this year that the city didn’t do so well on? I thought this last storm might be their chance to “do better”.
