A 26-year-old man was arrested Sunday evening after an incident at the Regal Short Pump movie theater. Michael Leabough, Jr. was taken into custody after allegedly touching a 15-year-old girl, while exposing and touching himself as well.
According to witnesses, Leabough, of West River Road in Goochland County, walked in and out of a showing of “Charlie St. Cloud” repeatedly before the incident, acting strangely.
The alleged crime took place in theater #9, according to police and theater staff. He was charged with indecent exposure and arrested directly following the incident.
