making manipulated paper lanterns that seem to undulate in the glowing light. Artist Sarah Hand will help you transform paper, wire and a few other simple materials into one-of-a-kind lighted sculptures. Participants are encouraged to join the Community Lantern Parade for the annual InLight Richmond celebration in Shockoe Slip on Friday, October 22.
