An indoor cat got out on Thursday in the 400 block of Laurel St. in Oregon Hill. Black with white spots on chest and stomach. Red collar (may be gone) with tag with name “Oscar.” He has not come back and we have not found him. The sooner the cat is located and returned the more substantial the reward.
