Local man picked up for Henrico, Chesterfield robberies
Henrico County police announced the arrest of Cornelius Baker of the 1700 block of Peter Paul Boulevard, believing him responsible “for as many as 40 office break-ins dating back to February”. He is also facing charges for similar crimes in Chesterfield County.
