The occasional Richmond Ride supporting the Richmond Police mounted unit will be this Saturday, it’s a unique and rare event featuring a parade of horses through parts of the Fan. Starting near the Carillion / Dogwood Dell at noon, the route appears to go up Boulevard and turn east on Monument Avenue, probably arriving at Boulevard around 12:15 and Monument around 12:30.
