Johnson replaces Ronca/King at First Precinct

Capt. Odetta Johnson, Chief Norwood, Capt. Adrianne McLemore Eight months after Captain Ronca’s departure put the First Precinct in the hands of acting-commander Jack King, the Richmond Police Department announced today that Captain Odetta Johnson will be the new commander of First Precinct.

Eight months after Captain Ronca’s departure put the First Precinct in the hands of acting-commander Jack King, the Richmond Police Department announced today that Captain Odetta Johnson will be the new commander of First Precinct.
