Monument Avenue is (for those of you not from these parts) a bit of a promenade. There’s an actual parade at Easter and there are Civil War re-enactors who set up camp on Robert E. Lee’s birthday. It’s also a place where, from time to time, there are interesting and fun cars.
Like this 1973 Dodge Dart Custom. A little bit of digging reveals a few interesting facts. This was the first of the Dart line to have the integrated lap and shoulder belts that we take for granted now.
