The first guests will check into the new Hotel Sierra at Short Pump Town Center on Tuesday. The 134-room upscale hotel, attached to Short Pump Town Center near Dick’s Sporting Goods, promises some features and amenities not offered at any of the larger chains around the area. Below is a video from our visit.
The 100% smoke-free hotel not only offers luxury suites starting at only $109 a night on the weekends, but amenities such as 42 inch flat panel TVs and iPod dockable alarm clocks in every room. Complimentary made-to-order omelets and Starbucks coffee are served to guests in the contemporary lobby and a second story terrace features a pool, hot tub and fire pit.
Business stations with computers, printers and internet access are provided for guests as well. The hotel also features spacious meeting rooms, a 24 hour on-site market and fitness room.
