The Richmond Police are investigating a recent hit and run on North Boulevard at Kensington. The accident occurred just after 2 AM on Saturday, November 7, when a dark-colored Jeep Wrangler (allegedly driven by a male) struck a pedestrian and fled the scene north on the Boulevard.
According to the police report:
The pedestrian, a female, 23, was almost across North Boulevard when the northbound Jeep struck her, causing several broken bones. Her injuries are considered serious but not life-threatening.
