The little wife should come first, and if it is left to her to decide if you shall continue to pile up rent receipts or own a home of your own, giving the children the out-of-door enjoyments they should have, it is a foregone conclusion the near future will see you strutting around with the smile that will not come off and at peace with all mankind because you are your own landlord, owning a home in Highland Park where everything to make life worth living is to be had.
