Come to the Greater Fulton Hill Civic Association meeting on February 9^th to learn about the United for Progress (UP) Neighborhood program. The Greater Fulton community is partnering with Virginia Local Initiative Support Corporation (LISC) in an initiative aimed at promoting healthy community building and harnessing individual energy and community resources to help our neighborhood unite for progress and move from a good neighborhood to a great one.

Other topics include community concerns, crime and Neighborhood Watch, the upcoming Spring Newsletter, and the formation of a Garden Club. And of course, meet and mingle with your neighbors!

We look forward to seeing you at the meeting, Tuesday February 9^th at 7pm at the Neighborhood Resource Center.
