I’ve counted at least 5 sets of barricades along Grace Street between 5th St and 1st. There is no northbound traffic on 3rd St or 1st St going north from Grace towards Franklin and the road narrows to one lane after 1st St. I’m not sure how…
I’ve counted at least 5 sets of barricades along Grace Street between 5th St and 1st. There is no northbound traffic on 3rd St or 1st St going north from Grace towards Franklin and the road narrows to one lane after 1st St. I’m not sure how long this mess will continue.;
