The March issue of the Ginter Park newsletter (available as a PDF here) indicates that the Ginter Park Residents’ Association board is keeping an eye on the status of property owned by Union Theological Seminary bounced by Westwood, Loxley, Rennie and Brook roads. The president of the seminary recently appeared before the board and indicated that the seminary was exploring options to generate revenue from the property, which currently holds tennis courts and soccer fields.
