Since taking over the building, Calogerakis has been renovating it — painting, replacing furniture, putting in a pizza oven and installing a hood system. Anthony’s, which uses his middle name, will be open only for dinner at first. Entrée prices at the 30-seat restaurant will be in the $10 to $12 range, and it will have a neighborhood feel, Calogerakis says. “That’s what it’s aimed at.”
