On June 3, at 0726 hours Richmond Fire was called to the 1800 block of North 21st Street for a reported house fire. Rescue 1 arrived on scene just ahead of Q-11 reporting a 2-story wood frame house with smoke showing on from the D side on Division 2 […] No one was home at the time of the fire. The fire was brought under control at 0738 hours. The fire is under investigation at this time. The Red Cross is assisting the family of 3 with accommodations.
