One person was killed and another slightly injured this morning in a single-vehicle crash on the ramp from eastbound Interstate 64 to southbound Interstate 95 just south of Richmond’s Bryan Park.
Virginia State Police Sgt. Mitchell A. Smith said the crash occurred at 2:10 a.m. and involved a Nissan Pathfinder that went off the road, ejecting the driver.
Eyewitness accounts say the scene was pretty gruesome.
