About 4:30 this afternoon (Friday, Dec. 11), in the parking lot of the CVS on Bellevue Avenue, a charcoal black, poodle-terrier mix, “Scruffy,” was taken from a car. His tail is not clipped and curls into a circle. He has a green collar. His family is very upset, especially the little boy. A reward is offered–no questions asked.
