Daytime robbery on Stuart Avenue
Police are investigating a daytime robbery in which a woman was knocked to the ground by two men in Richmond’s Museum District. Police spokeswoman Dionne Waugh said the victim was not injured in the assault, which occurred at 12:40 p.m. Wednesday in the 3100 block of Stuart Avenue, near North Belmont Avenue.
