Via the Richmond Times-Dispatch, a resident of Windsor Farms spotted a coyote in her yard on Thursday morning around 8 a.m. It disappeared shortly thereafter, and caused no harm. According to the story, “Coyotes are designated as a nuisance in Virginia and can be killed year-round, except on Sundays.”
