Councilman Charles R. Samuels, North Central 2nd District, Richmond City Council, holds individual meetings in the North Central 2nd District throughout the year that include information on his goals and accomplishments; a topical agenda of current interest; and, special guests. The meetings are free and all North Central 2nd District citizens are invited and encouraged to attend. Refreshments also are served. A schedule of upcoming meetings includes:
Thursday, 4 March 2010, 6:00-7:30 p.m.
Thursday, 13 May 2010, 6:00-7:30 p.m.
Thursday, 23 September 2010, 6:00-7:30 p.m.
Thursday, 2 December 2010, 6:00-7:30 p.m.
All meetings will be at Richmond Police Department, 4th Police Precinct, 2219 Chamberlayne Avenue.
