Ord. No. 2013-208 (Patron: President Samuels, By Request) – To amend Ord. No. 2013-156- 154, adopted Sept. 9, 2013, which authorized the special use of the property known as 2501 Monument Avenue for the purpose of a museum for architecture and design and a lodging unit, to impose as a condition on the special use of such property a 150-person attendance limit for all reception events.

Ord. No. 2013-199 (Patron: Mayor Jones, By Request) – To authorize the special use of the property known as 1110 Grove Avenue for the purpose of permitting up to seven (7) multifamily dwelling units, upon certain terms and conditions.

Res. No. 2013-R189 (Patron: Mayor Jones) – To support a project to provide funding for the Floyd Avenue Bicycle Boulevard project and the City’s application in relation thereto to the Virginia Department of Transportation for $400,000 from the federal Transportation Alternatives Program.
