Community HS Student Named Youth Female Diver of the Year
Latifia Neblett-Burell, a Richmond Community High School student, was recently named the Youth Female Diver of the Year by the National Association of Black Scuba Divers (NABS). Neblett-Burrell learned to dive from the Richmond RHA Youth Sports & Fine Arts Academy.
