A City of Richmond Deputy Sheriff is in trouble with the law following a bizarre incident that took place in Short Pump. Richmond Police say 21-year-old Deputy Aaron Clevert of Glen Allen was arrested by Henrico Police near the Short Pump Walmart at 11400 West Broad Street last week following a suspicious situation.

Clevert has been charged with two felony counts of taking indecent liberties with children, following an incident on the evening of April 21st in which he allegedly blew his horn repeatedly to get the attention of two 14-year-old girls and told them he was going rape them.

The deputy has been placed on unpaid administrative leave pending the outcome of the investigation.
