The agenda for the Monday, October 8 City Council meeting contains the following:

Ord. No. 2012-165 (Patron: Mayor Jones, By Request) – To authorize the special use of the property known as 1517 West Cary Street for the purpose of a two- family detached dwelling, upon certain terms and conditions.

Ord. No. 2012-167 (Patron: Mayor Jones, By Request) – To authorize the special use of the property known as 2551 Monument Avenue for the purpose of a parking area to serve events occurring on the property known as 2501 Monument Avenue, upon certain terms and conditions.

Ord. No. 2012-168 (Patron: Mayor Jones, By Request) – To amend and reordain Ord. No. 2001-308-305, adopted Oct. 22, 2001, which authorized the special use of the property known as 2501 Monument Avenue for the purpose of a museum for architecture with outdoor events, a reception facility, an out-of-print book dealer and a lodging unit, to authorize the expansion of the number and types of permitted events, upon certain terms and conditions.

Ord. No. 2012-173 (Patron: Mayor Jones, By Request) – To authorize the special use of the property known as 1322 West Broad Street for the purposes of a multifamily dwelling with up to 19 dwelling units and uses permitted in the B-6 Mixed-Use Business District, upon certain terms and conditions.
