Formal letter of support for the 5K Run/Walk in Church Hill

Zoning change for 7 N. 25th Street
This two story building opposite the Pohlig Box Factory is asking to change their zoning to M1 to allow for residential use on the second floor. The footprint will not be changing and while the first floor will be commercial, the Zoning Committee approved the request with the provision that any commercial activity involving the public will end at 10pm. The Board subsequently approved the Zoning Committee’s recommendation at the January meeting.

25th St/Nine Mile Rd Redevelopment Plan
Thursday, Jan 20th, 6PM
East District Center (701 N. 25th St)
Will present a proposed plan for Redevelopment and Conservation Area that would extend from 26th St and Nine Mile Rd to Creighton Rd and Nine Mile Road with the purpose to address the blight and deterioration.
