The Church Hill Association’s annual party at the 2300 Club is this Tuesday:
You don’t need to drive or fly (that’s reserved for Thursday!) – it’s just a quick brisk walk to the 2300 Club and you will be immersed in the old world charm of your very own Church Hill Party. It starts Tuesday at 7.00 pm and officially ends at 9.00 pm – but the bar may stay open if “required” Heavy hors d’oevres will be served.
It is also a great opportunity to re-new your membership for next year. Bring a completed membership form (back page of the newsletter) with a check made payable to the “CHA” for $25 per member.
We have had a large increase in new members over the past 6 months and we need a feel for the probably numbers on Tuesday.
We currently have 250 members – but how many are planning to attend?? At the moment we have budgetted for 125 guests – but who knows !
So please would you “reply” to this e-mail (chassociation@gmail.com) and enter the number of “guests” which you will be bringing in the “Subject” line of the reply. Then we can easily pick up the numbers who will be joining us, and ensure we have adequate catering. We must not “run dry” but we need your assistance!
