Richmond Police have captured the man who robbed the Wachovia Bank at 1800 Chamberlayne Ave. a week ago today.
Based on information from a Crime Stoppers tip, investigators identified and arrested Charles E. McCall, 46, of the 2100 block of Accommodation Street, who later confessed to the robbery. He will be prosecuted in federal court.
