The September meeting of the Church Hill Association has been moved forward a week to Tuesday, September 14:

The date change is because the CHA has to give its input into the City’s Land Use Committee which is having its final review of the CAR Task Force Report on the 21st Sept – which would be our normal meeting date.

Ms Cynthia Newbille will be with us for the whole evening. She is interested in hearing our position on the new Processes and Guidelines for CAR ( the Committee of Architectural Review), and she wishes to have an open discussion with us on the key revitalization program for 25th Street (The East End Transformation Plan).

The meeting will also cover a debate on the CAR Task Force Report and discussion on the pros and cons of the initial draft of the City’s recommendations
for the revitalization of the 25th Street / Nine Mile Ride corridor
