From the buffalo trail to streetcar suburb, Carytown’s fascinating story is the focus of this tour as you explore this “mile of style”. Includes Cary Court Shopping Center, restored to its 1930’s art deco splendor, and a “behind the scenes” tour of the Byrd Theatre (1928), one of the few active movie palaces in the country.
