The Commission of Architectural Review will meet with Commission staff for a discussion of site conditions at 1903 East Marshall Street on Friday, February 17, 2012, at noon. The meeting will begin with a visit to the Jefferson Park overlook (by the comfort station) at 1921 Princess Anne Avenue, in order to get a visual overview of the project site and the Shockoe Valley Old and Historic District.
The Commission and staff will discuss the site and the surroundings together in the field.
The Commission will also meet with Commission staff at the front of 2109 E. Broad Street at 1:00 PM on the same day to discuss the proposal to demolish the rear addition of the building.
