Police have arrested a 35-year-old woman in last month’s killing of a South Richmond man.
Richmond police detectives charged Cheryl N. Giles of the 4100 block of Jefferson Davis Highway with murder in the death of Richard Herman Church, 52. Church was found dead Nov. 22 inside his home in the 100 block of East 21st Street. Police said he died of blunt-force trauma and that investigators believe his death was the result of an argument with Giles.
