Sad news hit social media air waves tonight that the City’s Planning Director, Rachel Flynn, and her top Deputy, Brooke Hardin, have resigned from the City of Richmond’s Department of Community Planning. This is sad news for the community as both have worked hard on creative, smart growth development for the city, such as planning and implementing the most recent Downtown Master Plan. Both will surely be missed.
