“On June 7, the Benedictine Society of America voted to reorganize and assume direct control of the school and terminate McGinty as headmaster. At the time, the Benedictine monks said the intent was to reinvigorate the monastic presence at the school.” (RTD)
Unfortunately, the decision to terminate McGinty as headmaster has brought about a lawsuit against the school. McGinty has not been satisfied with the manner in which the school broke his employment agreement.
