With 4 of 10 precincts reporting, Tyler (50%) has a slim lead (49%) over Baliles in the 1st District City Council race, with Sturtevant up big (64%) for School Board. In the 5th District, with 4 of 8 precincts reporting Mamie Taylor is up with 62% over Henderson in the School Board contest, with Agelasto with 52% up over with Jewell (37%) & Shewmake (11%).
