John Peters, author of the new Richmond’s Hollywood Cemetery, will be speaking Tuesday evening at St.John’s as part of the Liberty Lecture Series. TUES Oct.5 6PM FREE

The Liberty Lecture Series covers different aspects of political, social, economic, and national history. Each lecture is based on the scholarly work of the guest lecturer. This series is co-sponsored by the St. John’s Church Foundation and the Valentine Richmond History Center.

Dates: With few exceptions, this series is presented on the first Wednesday of March and October.

Location: The Liberty Lecture takes place inside the church. Book-signings take place inside the Visitor Center. Lunch is held inside the Parish Hall.

Audience: Appropriate for adults and older students

Program Length: Lecture is approximately one hour.

Costs: Lecture is FREE.

Lunch is $10.00 by reservation only.

Books may be pre-ordered or purchased at the event.
