The Richmond Police report that suspects in Fan area crimes earlier this month are now in custody. From the Police announcement:
Andrew F. Massengill, 19, of the 100 block of West Jackson Street, and Sawyer P. Bell, 26, last known address in the 1300 block of Camrose Road, are suspects in the aggravated assault in the early morning hours of Nov. 1 on the 100 block of West Leigh Street.
Massingill is also a suspect in the aggravated assault of Nov. 8, in the 2200 block of West Grace Street.
