Arson at Grace Place
Grace Place Apartments was struck by arson on Friday in the second act of vandalism this year. Last January, residents were displaced when fire sprinkler heads were broken and the first 8 floors were flooded. There were no injuries in Friday’s fire which was quickly extinguished.
