Armed robbery by VCU
A VCU alert said that the robbery took place just before 11:55 p.m. at Laurel and Cumberland streets. Police said the victim was walking through a vacant lot when the suspect came up from behind, pulled out a silver handgun and said, “Give me your iPhone.”
