Firefighters in South Richmond are battling a blaze at an apartment complex in the 1700 block of Southlawn Avenue.
Richmond Fire Lt. Shawn L. Jones said units arrived and saw smoke coming out of a second-story apartment unit. “Units are in the process of extinguishing the fire,” Jones said
