Tan Shepherd mix wearing collar and tags seen today around noon while driving near Carytown. Couldn’t get close. Very skittish.
Myself and another concerned citizen drove around keeping tabs on her until Animal Control showed up. They were also unable to catch her/him. After an hour or so, she ran off, and we were unable to locate her again. My fingers are crossed that she does not get hit. I hope she is caught and brought to safety.
