It seems now as though the Police are treating this as a rape. No definitive word yet as to whether this is related to the two assaults reported last week.
UPDATE (1:30 PM): A spokesperson from Richmond PD has clarified definitively that this assault is NOT related to the assaults last week. (See comment below.)
