Excited to announce that Anne Wright, FOJRP board member and Assistant Professor of Biology and Coordinator of Life Sciences Outreach Education at VCU, has received a $61,000 2 year grant from Altria to bring science education to the park! The 4 areas of focus are: water quality assessment using fish and bugs, anadromous fish, rock pools, and geology. Our website will be involved in spreading the word.
