The agenda for the August 27 Commission of Architectural Review meeting (PDF) includes a number of local projects: 2200 MONUMENT AVE Replace attic dormer windows; 2914 MONUMENT AVE Replace windows; 3001 MONUMENT AVE Replace windows; 2604 W GRACE ST Construct new garage; 828 MONUMENT AVE Modify previously-approved plans for rear garage; 2011 W GRACE ST Change color of previously-painted brick façade.

Also, the Commission will be posting electronic copies of applications scheduled for review on an FTP site in advance of future meetings.
