I’ve gotten a few questions about the recently-cleared, longtime-vacant lot at Venable and 25th. It’s actually 3 lots, all owned by Nasser Real Estate LLC — who also own the Ocean Grocery next door. There don’t seem to be any permits or or zoning requests active for 2432-2436 Venable Street, and it doesn’t appear to be for sale.
Nasser Real Estate LLC also owns the properties on the other side of Ocean Grocery (1102-1108 North 25th Street).
