2nd District councilman holds first meeting
City Councilman Charles R. Samuels, who represents portions of Northside as part of the 2nd District, will hold a public meeting to discuss updates in city issues and Samuels’ goals on Thursday, March 26, from 6:30 until 7:30 p.m. at the new 4th Police Precinct building at 2219 Chamberlayne Avenue.
