2200 block of Grove Avenue to close for 10 days
The North Rowland Street and Grove Ave intersection (2200 blk Grove Ave.) will be closed during the day Oct. 11-21 for a storm drain and drop inlet installation and possibly a manhole. Detours will be marked.
