As it stands now, challenger Jon Baliles narrowly leads incumbent Bruce Tyler in the contest for the 1st District City Council position. Glen Sturtevant handily won the open School Board seat.
The State Board of Elections has a breakdown of the recent vote by precinct. Below is a detailing of the 1st District using the currently available numbers. The same charts/maps area also available for the 2nd District and the 5th District.
Tyler won 5 of the 9 precincts in the 1st District, with precincts 104 and 106 turning out for him more than 60%. Baliles had similarly strong support in precincts 113 and 114 (the 2 precincts east of the Downtown Expressway). The contest came down to 106 (Windsor Farms) vs 114 (West of the Boulevard), each of which turned out in high numbers and which broke for Tyler/Baliles respectively at over 70%.
