The Visual Arts Center of Richmond, Kona Grill, and Aloft Richmond West are coming together in Short Pump to present a special evening this Wednesday designed to celebrate the art of sound and space on Wednesday. The evening will include a showcase of music, photography and paintings from a variety of creative individuals.

The music of Jeremy Moody, the photography of Regula Franz and the paintings of Lynda Ray will all be featured at the event.

Documentary photographer Regula Franz, originally from Basel, Switzerland, has lived and worked in Hamburg and Berlin, Germany, as a photojournalist and editor. She teaches Digital Photography and Travel Photography at the Visual Arts Center of Richmond.

Lynda Ray’s paintings have been exhibited in solo and group exhibitions in galleries and museums throughout the United States. Her encaustic work has been included in Encaustic Painting by Joanne Mattera.

The event runs from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 16th at Aloft Richmond West in West Broad Village. Guests can enjoy free sushi from Kona Grill, along with featured cocktails.
